Ready-made designs are yours right after checkout.

  • Print-ready PNGs

High-res files for DTF, sublimation and print-on-demand.

Digital files mean zero postage and no carrier delays.

Digital products only

Print Pixie Studio sells digital design files only. Nothing is printed or shipped to you, so there are no shipping fees, customs charges or delivery delays.

Want your design on a tee, tumbler or tote? Print it yourself, or send the file to your favorite DTF, sublimation or print-on-demand provider.

Instant downloads

For ready-made designs, your download link appears on the order confirmation page as soon as your payment goes through. We also email the link to the address you used at checkout.

Large design files are easiest to save on a computer, as some phones and tablets struggle to download or open them.

Personalized & custom designs

Personalized designs (names, dates or custom wording) are delivered by email within 1–3 business days after we receive your details. Fully custom designs are quoted one by one, and we'll agree on a timeline with you before we start.

Please double-check the spelling of everything you send. We create your design exactly as written.

Working to a deadline? Add the date to your order note and we'll do our very best to get your file to you in time.

What you'll receive

  • High-resolution PNG files, prepared for DTF transfers, sublimation and print-on-demand
  • A download link by email, plus access from your order confirmation page
  • Personalized files delivered straight to your inbox

Colors can look a little different once printed, depending on your printer, inks, film and fabric. We always recommend a test print first.

Didn't get your files?

  1. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from us.
  2. Make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct.
  3. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend your files right away.

Keep a copy safe

Download links may expire after a while for security, so save your files to your computer or cloud storage as soon as you get them. Lost them later? Send us your order number and we'll help you get them back.
