Terms of purchase

When you place an order, you're offering to buy the designs in your cart at the prices shown at checkout. We'll email you an order confirmation, and your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or a payment looks fraudulent. If that happens after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

To deliver your order, we collect your name, email address, billing details and any personalization details you send us, such as names, dates or wording. We use this information only to create and deliver your files, support your order, and send you news from the shop if you sign up for it.

• Payments are handled securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• Personalization details are used only to make your design.
• We never sell your personal information.

Prices and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay, in the currency you choose. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, and payment is taken when you place your order.

We may change our prices from time to time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed.

Buying a design gives you a license to print it. You may:

• Print it on physical products for yourself, as gifts, or to sell, such as tees, mugs, tumblers and totes
• Use it with DTF, sublimation and print-on-demand services to make those products

You may not:

• Resell, share or give away the digital file itself, or offer it for others to download
• Claim the design as your own or use it as a logo or trademark

We create personalized designs exactly as you write the details, so please check names, dates and spelling before you send them.

By sending us names, logos, photos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline requests that include offensive content or protected trademarks.

How and when you receive your files is covered in our shipping & delivery policy. Digital files are final sale, except in the cases listed in our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

All designs, images and text on this site belong to Print Pixie Studio or its licensors. Printing results depend on your printer, inks, films, blanks and settings, so we can't be responsible for them. Please test print first.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
